Roger federer who was expected to win has proved to do so by beating Soderling in the 4th round of the wimbledon singles on monday.It was a tough match but it was federer who had the upper hand from the beginning.The scores were 6-4 7-6 (7-5) 7-6 (7-5).Federer had the first set with him.The second set happened to be a tiebreak but soderling lost it due to two ground stroke errors which he committed.Even though soderling had a good serve with him and lost only three serves , He never captured the federer delivery.The third set was also a tiebreak and this time soderling was in a comfortable position leading 5-4 but roger spranged back and captured the points and got back into the game.Out of the two federer was the one who was in a comfortble position from the begginning.He was the one who was in a commanding position.A small window of hope opened for soderling in the third set but he was not able to grab it which proved for his failure.Federer who was the favourite has proved to be rite and won the 4th round comfortably.
