Indian Cricket team squad for Champions trophy and tri series
Former captain Rahul Dravid is set to return to the Indian One-day team after nearly a two-year gap.Rahul Dravid's comeback to the one-day squad is a "wise move" and there is a chance for India to come among the top two teams in next month's Champions Trophy.
The 36-year old former captain last played an ODI in October 2007.His presence comes from the absence of Rohit Sharma, who had not performed good recent times.
Pragyan Ojha was replaced by Leg-spinner Amit Mishraand Praveen Kumar has outscored Sudeep Tyagi for the last seamer's slot.
The tri-series in Sri Lanka, which has New Zealand as the third team, is set to begin on September 8 while the eight-nation Champions Trophy will be held from September 24 to October 5.
India squad: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt), Yuvraj Singh, Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir, Yusuf Pathan, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, RP Singh, Ishant Sharma, Rahul Dravid, Dinesh Karthik, Praveen Kumar, Abhishek Nayar, Amit Mishra, Ashish Nehra.
